FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOT,VING MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for final hearing on
March 10, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the
Court having given consideration to the evidence presented
finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this action; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the Petitioner/Wife has been a resident of Florida
for more than six (6) months prior to the filing of the
petition herein. On the evidence presented
IT IS ADJUDGED THAT: -
1. DISSOLUTION. The bonds of marriage between
Petitioner/Wife, LYNN HAHN and Respondent/Husband, JOHN E.
HAHN, are hereby dissolved because the marriage is•irre-
trievably broken.
2. AGREEMENT. The Property Settlement and
Separation Agreement executed by the parties on February 4,
1980, introduced into evidence and marked Petitioner's
Exhibit 1, was executed voluntarily, after full disclosure
and is for the best interest of the parties and their
children and is approved and incorporated into this Judgment
