THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion of the subject matter, it is
ORDERED AtJD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, JAMES A -
DRAWDY, and Respondent, MARJORIE M. DRAWDY, are dissolved because
the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the
'parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's
iLxhibit 1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is
for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties
~ are hereby ordered to comply with same.
~ 4. That there is•no personal property to be divided
between the parties.
5. Restraining Order - Each of the parties is hereby
''enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
Ij annoying, the other. -
6. Jurisdiction - Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as
