This cause came on for trial the 10th day of March, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED ANll ADJUDGED as follows:
1.' DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE:- The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and Erom the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of TONJIA BLUE BIRCH, age 9, born
December 30, 1970, CHARLES CODE BIRCH, II, age 6, born April 3, 1973,
KAIULANI ANNE BIRCH, age 5, born August 11, 1974, and LEILANI ELLENE
BIRCH, age S, born August 11, 1974 is hereby awarded mutually to
BARBARA BLUE BIRCH and CHARLES CODE BIRCH, SR.
~3. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction-of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
