ROBYN VOLLMAR, Wife . and WILLIAM VOLLMAR, Husband • FINAL JUDGEMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . This cause came on for trial the ~r/'~ day of ,~t~ , 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the sub~ect~ matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband .and Wife . now exists. between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBYN.VOLLMAR, I ~ Wife, and WILLIAM VOLLMAR, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, E and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from.the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTOPHER JAMES VOLLMAR, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ROBYN VOLLMAR, Wife, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to WILLIAM VOL,L/MAR, Husband. ~N 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of 1980, WILLIAM VOLLMAR, Husband, shall pay to ROBYN VOLLMAR, Wife, the sum of X20.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child named above. Each payment shall be .made to the Clerk of this Court and by hime remitted-promptly to ROBYN VOLLMAR, Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of X2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check.
