DISSOLUTI08 OF MARRIAGE /
This cause came on for trial the /G,lh day of ~t~""~
1980, and the Court having heard and given full consideration to all of
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~uridiction of the
parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RUSSELL L. NOBLE,
Husband and RUTHANN NOBLE, wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
.and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody ofROBERT NOBLE and RODNEY NOBLE, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to RUTHANN NOBLE, Wife, with
reasonable visitation rights reseerved to RUSSELL L. NOBLE, Husband.
3. SUPP RT. Commencing the day of ~ 1980,
RUSSELL L. NOBLE, Husband, shall pay to RUTHANN NO'~LE, Wife, the sum of
~350.0o each. and every month, for the support of the minor children
named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him, remitted promptly to RUTHANN NOBLE, Wife• In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of f.?2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
