This cause came on for trial the 10th day of March,
19 80 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter .
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAPHENE G. FARRIS, 'age 2, born November 1,
1977, and JOEY R. FARRIS, age 3, born August 23, 1976,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, t,IILMA
DARLENE FARRIS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
Petitioner, ROBERT E. FARRIS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 14th day of March 19$O
ROBERT E. FARRIS shall pay to WILMA DARLENE FARRIS
the sum of S 50 , 00 , Per week for the support of the =
child(ren) named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~
remitted promptly to WILMA DARLENE FARRIS.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 62.00 as statutory costs to be t
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
