CASE N0. 80-95 FR In re: The Marriage of ) CINDY LYNN DILLMAN, ) Wife, ) FINAL JUDGMENT AND ) [JAYNE ROYCE DILLMAN, ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Husband. ) This cause came on for trial the 10th day of March, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHARLES GENE SMITH, age 4, born llecember 23, 1975, AriANDA FAYE DILLMAN, age 2, born April 23, 1977, and one unborn child is hereby awarded to Petitioner, CINDY LYNN DILLMAN, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Respondent, WAYNE RUYCE DILLMAN, 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 14th day of March, 1980, [JAYNE ROYCE DILLMAN shall pay to CINDY LYNN DILLMAN the sum of $40.00 per week for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to CINDY LYNN DILLMAN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~O~K 327 586
