4. MEDICAL AND DENTAL EXPENSES: Respondent, WAYNE ROYCE
UILLMAN shall be responsible for all medical and dental expenses
of the minor children and all costs related to the birth of the
expected minor child.
5. RES'1'URA'1'IUN OF NAPtE: CINllY LYNN UILLMAN be and she
. is hereby authorized to assume her former name of CINDY LYNN SMITH
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
6. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that
there is no real or personal property to be divided.
7. JURISUIC'TIUN: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the ent-ry of such further orders
as may be proper.
