This cause came on for trial this 10th day of March, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and .the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JA~'~IES WILSON BLUSHER, JR., age 15,
born September I~, 1964, and SONDRA MICHELLE BLUSHER, age 12, born
October 9, 1967, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
Petitioner, LINDA BLUSHER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to Respondent, JAMES WILSON BLUSHER.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 14th day of March, 1980,
JAriES LdILSON BLUSHER shall pay to LINDA BLUSHER the sum of $75.00
per week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to I.ZNDA BLUSHER. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both oC the parties are
ordered to keep ttte Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
