4. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER: The Mutual Restraining Order
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that
there is no real or personal property to be divided.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
