McMILLIAN, Husband. . THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This~Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows; 1. DISSOLUTION; The marriage between NANCY E. McMILLIAN and DANIEL H. McMILLIAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor child, DANIELLE LYNN McMILLIAN'is hereby awarded to NANCY E. McMILLIAN subject to reasonable rights of visitation by the father. 3. CHILD SUPPORT: DANIEL H. McMILLIAN shall pay to NANCY E. McMILI:IAN the sum of $35.00 per~week or $140.00 monthly in advance beginning on Friday after date and continuing until the said child shall become married, of age or deceased whichever is sooner. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to NANCY E. McMILLIAN. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costa to be added to each payment made to the C~erk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order, or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ORDERED TO KEEP THE CLERK ADVISED OF THEIR MAILING AND RESIDENCE ADDRESSES AT ALL TIMES F1EiILE THIS ORDER IS IN EFFECT. 4. PROPERTY; Each of the parties are awarded the property that is in each of their possessions and custody an the date of the Pinal Judgment in this cause. s~ .
