B. DISPOSITION OF ASSETS. He may lease, sell, mortgage,
transfer, and convey in such manner and on such terms as he may
deem advisable, any and all property, real or personal, belong-
ing to my estate, without the necessity of obtaining leave of
any court, and no purchaser shall be held liable to see to the
application of any purchase money. ~
C. RETENTION OF ASSETS. He may, without liability, re-
tain any portion of said property in the same state of invest-
ment in which the same is taken over by him. He may acquire
by purchase or otherwise, and retain for whatever period he shall
think proper, all kinds of real and personal property. '
ITEM III - APPOINTMENTS TO OFFICE HEREUNDER
A. PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. -
(1) I appoint as Personal Representatives, or Co-
Executors, my son, DOUGLAS A. NLRRYMAN, of Fort Lauderdale,
Florida, and MARILYN C. SKEENE, of Downey, California. In the
event that either DOUGLAS A. MERRYA!AN or I~7ARILYN C. SY.EENE,
shall predecease me, I then appoint the survivor among them,
to be the Personal Representative of my said estate.
(2) I direct that bond shall not be required of the
Personal P,epresentative named in this Paragraph.
. ITEM IV - SPECIFIC BEQUEST
I specifically give, devise and bequeath TEPI PERCEtIT
(10$) of my net estate, to my nephew, ALOYSIUS MERRYMAN, if he
shall so survive me.
In the event that my nephew, ALOYSIUS MERRYT~A;., pre-deceases
me, then his said share of my estate shall pass to riy residual
