longing to me, wherever the same may be situated, located or
found, I give, devise and bequeath to my three (3) children,
to be divided equally among said three children. (It is my in-
tention that each child should initially receive THIRTY PERCENT
(30$) of my estate since I made a specific bequest of TEN PER-
CENT to my nephew, ALO1'SIUS MERRYMAN).
In the event that any of my children shall not survive me,
then I give, devise and bequeath the share of a deceased child to
the lineal descendants of such deceased child, g r stirpes.
In the event that there are no lineal descendants of a de-
ceased child, then his or her share shall be equally divided
among my surviving children, or the lineal descendants of a de-
ceased child, der stirpes.
IN WITNES WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this, my Last tdill and Testament, consisting of tYiis and two
other typewritten pages, at Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this the
day of September, 1978..
