W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantors, by virtue of the power and authority
to them given in and by the Last Will and Testament of ANTHONY MEEM
MERRYMAN, deceased, and in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand
($3,000.00) Dollars, to them paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, re-
mised, released, conveyed and confirmed by these presents do grant,
har~ain, smell, alien, remise,. release, convey and confirn, :::1to tine
Grantee, her heirs, successors or assigns forever, the following
described property, situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
and State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 6 and the Easterly 1/2 of Lot 7, in
Block No. 20 as shown on the Plat of
SUNLAND GARDENS, said plat having been
recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
on September 10, 1947, in Plat Book 8,
Page 32; said property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO taxes for 1980 and subsequent
years, and to conditions, restrictions,
limitations and easements of record.
together with ali and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining,
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, .rents,
issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, both
