ORDER ON PRETRIAL CONFERENCE Pretrial Conference having been held, it is ORDERED AIvD ADJUDGED as follows: 1. STIPULATION AND ADMISSIONS Each of the Defendants stipulate to the facts to be admitted listed in Plaintiffs' Pretrial Statement, beginning on Page 3, said eleven f-acts being elucidated on Page 4, except that as to Fact #9, the Defendants stipulate that "located in the laundromat area was a stainless steel high capacity sand filte-ring system, manufactured by the Defendant, AIR4~ICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., a foreign corporation, d/b/a AIRQUATIC, ~~hich was distributed by GORPiAN COMPANY, a Florida corporation, and sold and installed by GEORGE E. CARTER, d/b/a BOWEN iti'ATER CONDITIONING SERVICE to D & M MOBILE HOME PARK. As to Fact #10 on Page 4 of Plaintiffs' Pretrial Statement, the Defendants stipulate that this should read as follows: "That said filtering system was installed for the use and benefit of the residents and tenants, including the Plaintiffs." As to Facts requested to be admitted by the Defendant and Cross-Plaintiffs, GEORGE E. CARTER, d/b/a BO~VEN WATER CONDITIONING SER- VICE and STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY, the parties stipulate as to Fact (a), that the Defendants, AIRtJICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC. and (',ORMAN COMPAAIY are sellers of a stainless steel high capacity sand filter.
