6 . E:~ERC I SE OF CHALLENGE
The Court rules that when each and the last Defendant tenders
the jury, each of the parties will furnish the Court with a sheet of
paper on which will be inscribed the names of individuals that each
party desires to strike, if any. Flhere duplicate challenges are indi-
Gated, the Court will charge only the first party. who challenges that
individual. The Court indicates that it will allow strike back.
The Court directs that when the Plaintiffs rest, the attorneys
will have a preliminary charge conference.
The Court directs all parties to have exhibits preliminarily .
marked by the Clerk, if possible, in order to facilitate the progress
of the trial.
