THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on March 3, 1980, upon the
Plaintiffs' Motion. to Compel and for Sanctions, and upon the
argument of counsel and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discovery is granted. The

Defendant is ordered to comply and produce the documents listed in
Paragraph 9 of said Motion to Compel within ten days of the date
of this Order. If production is impossible or delayed, the Defendant
shall file a verified statement- of compliance outlining the reasons
for the impossibility of performance.

Plaintiff MYRA BIANCO is ordered to produce the original o ban

reconstructions of her savings passbooks from the Brooklyn Savings
Bank, the Bank of New York, the National Bank of Westchester, and
the Chase Manhatten Bank. If production is impossible or-delayed,
the Plaintiff shall file a verified statement of compliance outlining
the reasons for the impossibility of performance.
