Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Discovery is granted. The f Defendant is ordered to comply and produce the documents listed in Paragraph 9 of said Motion to Compel within ten days of the date of this Order. If production is impossible or delayed, the Defendant shall file a verified statement- of compliance outlining the reasons for the impossibility of performance. 2.
