ORDER
THIS MATTER came to be heard upon the Defendant, AIRWICK POOL
PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC'S Motions to Compel Answers against
Co-Defendants, GORMAN COMPANY, D&M MOBILE HOME PARK, INC., and GEORGE
E. CARTER d/b/a BOWEN WATER CONDITIONING SERVICES, and the Court having
examined said Motions and having heard the argument of counsel and being
duly advised in the premises does"hereby order as-follows:
With respect to the Motion to Compel against GORI~.AN COMPANY,
said Motion is denied upon the representations by GORMAN COMPANY that
i_t has_ no independent witnesses or evidence to present on its Crossclaim
against AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, I?GC., djb/a AIRQUATIC and is merely relying
upon the testimony, witnesses and evidence of the Plaintiff, if any, to
support its Crossclaim against AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC.
With respect to the Motion to Compel against D&M MOBILE iiCiME PARK,
INC., said Motion is denied upon the representations by D&M MOBILE HOME PARK,
IAiC.,that it has no independent witnesses or evidence to present on its
Crossclaim against AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC and is
merely relying upon the testimony, witnesses and evidence of the Plaintiff,
if any, to support its Crossclaim against AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a
AIRQUATIC.
With respect to the Motion to Compel against GEORGE E. CARTER,
d/b/a BOWEN WATER CONDITIONING SERVICES, the Court does hereby grant said
Motion and does order the Defendant, GEORGE E. CARTEP., d/b/a BOWEN [WTER
CONDITIONING SERVICE, to supply more detailed and more specific and
particular answers to the Interrogatories heretofore served upon the
Defendant, on or about January 25, 1980 and to serve said answers upon the
