And thi§ matter further came to be heard upon the Defendant,
AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC'S Motion to Compel Answers
to Interrogatories filed against the Plaintiff, EILEEN MCBRIAR and the
Court having examined said Motion, having heard the argument of counsel
and being duly advised in the premises and upon the agreement of counsel
does hereby order the Plaintiff, EILEEN MCBRIAR, to supply more detailed- '
and more specific and particular answers to Interrogatories heretofore
served upon the Plaintiff on or about January 25, 1980 to those particular
questions listed in the Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories and
to serve said Answers on the Defendant, AIR~,IICK POOL PRODUCTS, ZNC., d/b/a
AIRQUATIC, before the close of business Thursday, March 13, 1980.
