FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTI013-0~' MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 10th day of
March, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between THEODORE ROOSEVELT
GILCHRIST, Husband, and EDNA RUTH KELLY GILCHRIST, Wife, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them, are hereby
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom. .
2. CHANGE OF NAt~. The Wife's name shall be'and it is
hereby changed to EDNA RUTH KELLY and she shall be known by that name
henceforth.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this day of March, 1980.
