DAISY KNOWLES, Wife.
FINAL .TUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of March, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD~TUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HAROLD
KNOWLES, Husband, and DAISY KNOWLES, Wife, be, and the same is hereby
dissolved, ar:d the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from. the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them-and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
Z. PROPERTY. 'l'he Wife, DAISY KNOWLES, is hereby awarded as
lump sum alimony the jointly-held property in St. Lucie Cour_ty, Florida,
being described as follows: .
Lot 53 of SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT T[VO REPEAT
according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 16, at !'age 2 of the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the Wife is hereby awarded fee simple title t~ the abotre-described
property as her lump sum alimony.
3. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum
of S yL~~'-~r~ to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for his
services herein and the Husband, HAROLD KNOWLES, is ordered to pay the
said attorney one-half of the above sum within thirty days together
with costs assessed at•$ ~"ti'
