THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial and all parties having
received proper and timely notice; and the Court having heard testimony
and considered the pleadings and papers filed herein and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, JAMS LEWIS
THOMPKINS, d.o.b. September 21, 1978, is declared to be the legitimate
child of the Defendant, JAMES LEWIS TNOMPKINS, and CARRIE NICHOLSON,
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother, CARRIE NICHOLSON,
shall have custody of the said child subject to the Defendant's right
of reasonable visitation; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on March 14, 1980, the
Defendant/Father shall pay child support for and on behalf of the said
child in the amount of $32.50 per week, plus $2.00 statutory fee.
A11 payLnents shall he made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All
money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the payee's name~and social
security number and shall be made payable to THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT
COURT and sent to:

Said amount. shall be promptly remitted by the Clerk to CARRIE NICHOLSON,
