ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, JAMES LEWIS THOMPKINS,
shall pay the sum of $483.00 to the Plaintiff, CABBIE NICHOL5ON, as
and for repayment of medical bills expended on behalf of the said child.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, JAMES LEWIS THOMPKINS,
shall pay $250.00 as and for his contribution to attorney's fees to
counsel for the Plaintiff, and the sum of $39.00 for court costs. Said
amounts shall be payable directly to Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Esquire,
Post Office Box 4341, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450 or 201 South Second
Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
