IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF JOHN BRADY, JR., Husband and MILLICENT BRADY, Wife _ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 11th day of March, 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this i . Court against JOHN BRADY, JR. be and the same is hereby approved, E i ratified and confirmed. ~ 2_ The marriage between JOHN BRADY, JR. and MILLICENT S BRADY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- - fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 3. Custody of VERONICA BRADY and JOHN CHRISTOPHER BRADY, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MILLICENT BRADY with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOHN BRADY, JR. 4. Commencing the 1st day of April, 1980 JOHN BRADY, JR. shall pay to MILLICENT BRADY the sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars each and every month for the support of each of the children named above, for a total monthly payment of One Hundred ($100) Dollars.
