FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS N RIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 11th day of March, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PATSY
RUTH CARR and JOSEPH EDWARD CARR be, and the same is, hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are herby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of WAYNE EDWARD CARR, the oldest
minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband,
JOSEPH EDWARD CARR, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to the Wife .
Custody of LISA ANN CARR, CAROL LYNN CARR, ROGER STEVEN
CARR, SHEILA MAE CARR, JOSEPH CLIFTON CARR and KEVIN RAY CARR,
are hereby awarded to the Wife, PATSY RUTH CARR, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the Husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 21st day of March, 1980, the
Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $163.25 per month as
child support for six of the minor children born of the marriage,
