DISSOLUTIO~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 10th day of
March, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein, and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between PATRICIA WILLIAN~S,
Wife, and WILLIE J. WILLIAI~S, Husband, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds .of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~ thz obligations arising therefrom. .
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor child,' to-wit: STAN
~ WILLIAMS, d.o.b. November 29, 1970, is hereby awarded to the Wife,
with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 14th day of
March, 1980, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $40.00 each
and every week for the support of the before-named child; said sum to
continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or
becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA WILLIAMS. In addition,
