HomeMy WebLinkAbout0752 there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. COSTS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. The~Husband is hereby
ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney, the sum of $250.00 towards
attorney's fees. In addition, the Husband shall pay to the Wife's
attorney, the sum of $42.00 as reimbursement of Court .costs. Said
sums shall be paid. directly to the Wife's attorney, Osborne Walker
O'Quinn, Esquire,- Post Office Box 4341, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
ar 201 South Second Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
