FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 11th day of March,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the aarties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
- upon '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MAPRIAGE. The marriage between
VIKKI C. LEE and DAVID L. LEE be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist-
ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Shane Lee, Wayne Lee and
Carol Lee, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to VIKKI C. LEE with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to .the husband, DAVID L. LEE. /
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the day of /~"/~l~`/~ ,
1980, the husband, DAVID L. LEE shall pay to VIKKI C. LEE
the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) per week for the
support of the minor children named above.
