THLS CAUSE came on for a pre-trial conference and the
parties, by and through their counsel, having stipulated that the
trial should be continued because of problems in discovery and
counsel for Defendants, AtYLEE HOAXES, INC., ELLEN GUTERL and JEAN
GUTERL, having reported to the Court their intent to file an Amend'- _
ment to their Counterclaim and having made such a Motion to Amend
oretenus and the Court having considered the Stipulation and said
Motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premise's, it i~
ORDERED A;~D ADJUDGED:
1. That the Stipulation for Continuance be and the same
is hereby granted. Pre-trial conference for this cause will be
docketed on t}?e 1st day of May, 10:00 A.M. 1980 and trial
of this cause is docketed for the 12th day of May ,
1980. 9:30 A.M., No. 3 on the docket.
