O R D E R
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the
Stipulation of the Plaintiff, ROBERT M. PALMER and RITA PALMER,
his wife, and the BANK OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, Garnishee, by and-
through their undersigned attorneys, and the Court having
considered the same, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Garnishee shall pay to
Robert J. Gorman, Attorney for ROBERT M. PAT_,MER and RITA PALMER,
the plaintiffs in this action, the sum of $26.31, presently
held by the Garnishee; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon receipt of said
payment of 526.31 upon Robert J. Gorman, Plaintiffs will file its
Satisfaction of Judgment of the same; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as and for a reasonable
attorneys' fee to the Garnishee, as provided by law, the
Garnishee shall have and receive the statutory amount of $10.00,
heretofore deposited with the Registry of this Court by the
Plaintiff.
