STIPULATION AND ENTRY
OF CONSENT JUDGMENT
This matter having come before the Court upon the Stipulation
of the parties herein made, and the Court being-fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The parties agree to the entry of a Final Judgment in
the matter and it is hereby agreed by and between the parties that
the order entered by this Court on October 9, 1979, granting tem-
porary custody of the minor children known as DORCZA VINING and THYRA
VINING to Petitioner and Counter-Respondent, MARGARET YVETTE SCHOFIELD,
formerly known as MARGARET YVETTE VINING, upon the condition that prior
to exercising said temporary custody, the Petitioner and Counter-Res-
pondent must post with the Clerk of this Court a cash or surety bond
in the amount of $5,000.00 is hereby vacated and dissolved.
2. The parties hereby acknowledge the Decree of Dissolution
Of Marriage entered by the Superior Court for the State of Alaska at
Anchorage, Alaska, on January 18, 1979, wherein it is provided that
the Petitioner and Counter-Respondent was to have custody of said
minor children, a copy of said decree being attached hereto; and
accordingly, it is also agreed by and between the parties that custody
