Upon consideration of the petition filed in this action and
the testimony of the petitioner or petitioners at the hearing on
January 3 1978 the court makes the following
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this
action;
2. Petitioners understand fully the nature and consequences
of this action;
3. ,_The agreements between Petitioners concerning child custody,
c. d support, visitation, spousal support and tax conse-
gices, if any, division of property, and allocation of
oblications are not grossly unfair,- unjust, or inequitable
and are in the best interests of the children of the marriage,
if any;

and any amendn:erts thereto are incorporated as a part of
- these findings;
