ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
The parties stipulate to the ownership and operation
of the vehicles involved in the collision, the date, time, and
location of the collision as set forth in the Plaintiff's
.Complaint. The parties further stipulate insurance coverage
of the Defendant, GLADYS M. VALENTINE, by the Defendant,
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES INSURANCE COMPANY in limited amounts.
Z. EVIDENCE. (PLAINTIFF'S)
a. All physician, medical, hospital bills and reports
rendered by any witness for medical treatment of the Plaintiff
in connection with injuries received in the automobile accident
of December 4, 1978.
b. Four photographs showing damage to the vehicle
in which the Plaintiff was riding.
