THIS CAUSE came on to be .heard on Motion of GENERAL j
FINAidCE CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, Plaintiff in the above-styled '
cause, for a Default Judgment, pursuant to Rule 7.170 Florida
Rules of Summary Procedure, and it appearing to the Court that
the Complaint in the above cause was filed in this Court on the
28th day of November 1979 and that the Summons and Gotaplaint
was duly served upon DOROTHY ELLIOTT, formerly known as DOROTHY
SAULS, and that no Answer or other defense has been served or

filed by said Defendant, and that Default was entered on the ~l
day of 19~ D, in the office of the Clerk of this
Court, and that no proceedings have been taken by the said Defend
ant since said Default was entered, it is hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Default Judgment
entered by the Clerk of the County Court is prover and is hereby
reduced to a Final Judgment; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment entered
herein by the Clerk of the County Court ordering costs and
interest on the Judgment in the amount of $1,877.68, for. which
let execution issue; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that additional interest. shall accru
and be added to the Judgment until same is satisfied, for which
let execution issue; it is further
ORDERED AI.1D ADJUDGED that Plaintiff recovers from the
Defendant, DOROTHY ELLIOTT, formerly known as DOROTHY SAULS,
Court costs in this action, which let execution issue.
