THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Motion of GENERAL
FI?iAtJCE CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, Plaintiff in the above-styled
cause, fora Default Judgment, pursuant to Rule 7.170 Florida Rules :
of Summary Procedure, and it appearing to the Court that the
Complaint in the above cause was filed in this Court on the 28th
day of ~Jovember, 1979 and that' the Surmaons and Complaint was dul
served upon FRED L. BOWHAt1 and HELEN BOWMAN, his wife on the 29th
day of November, 1979, and that no Answer or other defense has bee
served or filed by said Defendants, and that Default was entered

on the~l] day o 19~, in the office of the Clerk
of this Court, and that no p oceedings have been taken by the said
Defendants since said Default was entered, it is hereb~~
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Default Judgment
entered by the Clerk of the County Court is proper and is hereby
reduced to a Final Judgment; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment entered
herein by the Clerk of the County Court ordering costs and
interest on the Judgment in the amount of S2, 15$.16, for-which let
execution issue; it is further
ORDERED APJD ADJUDGED that additional interest shall accru
and be added to the Judgment until sane is satisfied, for which
Let execution issue; and, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff recovers from the
Defendants, FRED L. BOWMAtJ and HELEN BOjJMAN, his wife, Court costs
