THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on all issues on
March 12, 1980, and the Defendant having defaulted after proper
notice and the Court having heard testimony, considered the pleadings
and affidavits filed herein and being otherwise fully and well
advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs, AUBREY W. CARLESS
and PHYLLIS D. CARLESS, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendant, KARL H. KELLER, the sum of $5,123.29, plus costs in the,
amount of $39.00 and reasonable attorney's fees in the amount of
