ORDER .
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Motion of
the Plaintiff to compel production of any and all tape recordings
filed in this matter pursuant to a Request for Production filed by
said Plaintiff, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that any and all tape recordings filed
in this matter shall be released by the Clerk of this Court to the
attorney of record for the Plaintiff for any purpose consistent with
the law in the State of Florida. It is further
ORDERED APJD ADJDUGED that said tapes shall be returned to
the Court .file in this cause upon completion by the Plaintiff of
transcription of the tapes.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
on this day of March, 1980.
