Commencing at the Intersection of the North line of the SE 1/4
of Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, and the North-
easterly right-of-way line for Angle Road; thence run Southeasterly
along said right-of-way 55S.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue
Southeasterly along said right-of-way 205 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence run Northeasterly at a right angle to said right-
of-way line 160 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue Northeasterly
at a right angle to said right-of-way line 140 feet to an iron
pipe; thence run Southeasterly along a line parallel to the North-
easterly right-of-way for Angle Road 252.50 feet to a point; thence
run Southwesterly at a right angle to the last described course
140 feet to a point; thence run Northwesterly along a line parallel
to the Northeasterly right-of-way line for Angle Road 62.5 feed
to a point; thence run Southwesterly at a right angle to the last
described course 160 feet to a point on the Northeasterly right-of-
way for Angle Road; thence run Northwesterly along said right-of-
way line 190 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions, reservations, and covenants of
record.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in favor of Citizens Federal
Savings & Loan Association of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the
original principal amount of $85,000.00, dated June 4, 1976, and
recorded in OR Book 253, at page 1054, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which by the acceptance hereof, the Grantee
assumes and agrees to pay.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage in the original principal amount
of $15,000.00, to Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of
St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 3, 1976, recorded in OR
Book 256, at page 302, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, which by the acceptance hereof, .the Grantee assumes and
agrees to pay.
