PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
JAMES NINES WRENN, the Personal Representative of the Estate
of FRANCES H. WRENN, petitions the Court for an Order authorizing
the sale of certain real estate making up part of the assets of
the Estate and says: .
1. That he is the duly appointed personal representative
of the Estate of FRANCES H. WRENN, Deceased.
2. That he has entered into a contract for. the sale of
the hereinafter described real property, a copy of which contract
is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference
incorporated herein:
Lot 5, Block 7, SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION, Unit 1 .
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book, page 8 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
3. All heirs at law of the decedent have consented to
the sale as evidenced by copies of warranty deeds attached hereto
marked Exhibit "B" and by this reference incorporated herein.
4. That it is in the best interest of the estate and those
interested in it that the real property be sold.
WHEREFORE Petitioner requests that an Order be entered approving
the sale of such property pursuant to the terms and conditions y
of the attached contract.
