ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
THIS CAUSE, coming on before the Court upon the Petition of
JAMES NINES WRENN as Personal Representative of the Estate of
FRANCES H. WRENN, Deceased, for an Order authorizing the sale of
certain real property, more particularly described in the Petition,
and-the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JAMES NINES WRENN, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of FRANCES H. WRENN, Deceased, is
authorized to sell and convey said property in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the contract more particularly described
in said Petition.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
