Tt~e undersigned as Personal Representative of the above
Estate, alleges:
1. `Itie decedent, THEODORE E. ZIEMIl~SKI, a .resident of St.
Lucie Cbunty, Florida, died on August 29, 1978, and Letters of Administration
were issued b~ Petitioner on September 15, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting
containing a oanplete report of all receipts and disbursements since the"
oatmencement of administration of this Estate, or since the date of the last
accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons,
other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by
making payment, settlement, or other dispostion of all claims and debts that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes
and expenses of administration.
