The petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the named personal representative. Petitioner's name
and address are SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111 Orange
Avenue-, P~. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce,.FL 33450, and the name
and address of petitioner's attorneys are as set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Anna D. Pausin, whose last known address
was 2925 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose -
age was 84 years, and whose social security number is 136-05-7878,
died on February 26, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationshi}~s to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
