ANNA D. PAUSIN
I, ANNA D. PAUSIN, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative
to pay out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses:
CLAUSE II: I give and devise alI of my jewelry,
clothing, books, pictures, silverplate, silverware, house-
hold goods, furniture, furnishings, provisions and all articles
of personal use or diversion (if I own any articles answering
the above description at my death), together with all policies
of fire, burglary, property damage, and other insurance on or
in connection with the use of such property to my niece, NANCY
W. DENBY, to be disposed of or retained by her, as she deems
appropriate.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise to my friend and
companion, NELLIE BUSKEY, presently residing at Ridgecrest
Alohile Par;:, 2251 Fcdcral High~:a~?, Fort Pierce, Florida,. the
sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) plus ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1,000.00) per year beginning July 1, 1978 for as
many years as NELLIE is my companion and assisting me with
my driving responsibilities. The amount for any portion of
a year shall be prorated.-
CLAUSE IV: I give and devise the sum of TW0 THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED ($2,500.00) to my maid, BERNICE JACKSON, 521 North
12th Street, Fort Pierce; Florida, provided she is my maid at
the time of my death.
