LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNA D. PAUSIN - Page Two
CLAUSE V: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my property, real and personal,
wherever situate and whether acquired before or after the
execution of this Will, to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
(formerly St. Lucie County Bank), Fort Pierce, Florida, as
Trustee of the REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF ANNA D. PAUSIN
dated February 19, 1973, under which I am designated as the
Settlor, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK i.s designated as Trustee,
to be held, administered and distributed pursuant to the
terms of said Trust Agreement.
CLAUSE VI: My personal representative is authorized
and direct to pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance,
legacy or estate taxes on my estate or on the devolution of
any portion thereof, or levied by reason of my death (includ-
ing those levied on proceeds of policies of insurance on my
life), whether or not the property, transfer or proceeds with
respect to which said taxes are levied is a .part of my estate
at my death and my personal representative shall not require
any transferee or other person to reimburse my estate for
said taxes so paid, nor deduct the same from the share of any
beneficiary hereunder.
CLAUSE VII: I nominate a:~d aggoirt SU*; BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor,
as personal representative of this Will.
My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this 2 day of August, 1978.
