5. CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, whose address is Post Office
Box 1270,_ Fort. Pierce, Florida, and who is qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to serve as Personal Repre-
sentative of decedent's estate is entitled to preference in
appointment as Personal Representative becasue he was selec-
ted to serve as such Personal Representative by those entitl-
ed to a majority interest in the Florida property.
6. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be
pending in another state. Letters have been issued by Honor-
able M. M. McDougal, Judge of the District Court within and
for Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:
Real property more particularly described as Lots 911
and 251, Section II, Outdoor Resorts of America at
Nettles Island, St. Lucie County, Florida.
having an approximate value of: $ 45,500.00.
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's Mutual
and Conjoint Will of Cecilia Ellen Jefferys Almond and
Richard Almond dated February 4, 1974 and the Codicil to the
Last Will and Testament of Richard Almond which bears the
irate of February 4, 1974, along with Petition for Probate of
Will, Order Admitting Will to Probate and Letters Testamen-
tary probated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma accompany
this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be ad-
mitted to probated .and that CHESTER B. GRIFFIN be appointed
Personal Representative of the Florida estate of the dece-
dent.
