To the Honorable M. M. McDougal, Judge of the District Court of
the County of Tulsa and State of Oklahoma.
The petition of Cecilia Ellen Jefferys Almond of said county
respectfully represents and shows:
That Richard Almond departed this life at Tulsa in said County on
or about the 6th day of September, 1979. That said Richard Almond at
the time of his death was a resident of said County of Tulsa and Left
an estate consisting of real and personal property in said county, the
value of which is in-excess of $10,000.00.
That said deceased left a will bearing date of the 4th day of

September, 1975, which will and codicil are filed herewith and which
will and codicil your petition believes and alleges to be the last wii2
and testament of said deceased, and the same are herewith presented for
probate.
That the Bank o~ Oklahoma (formerly named the National Bark of
Tulsa) named in said will as executor has its principal place of business
in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa Count~•, State of Oklahoma, receiving nail
at Post Office Box 2300, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74192, and has consented to
act as executor. That the names, ages and residence of the heirs, de-
visees and legatees of said decedent. so far as knocan to your petitioner
