Your petitioner prays that a day be fixed for hearing this
petition and notices thereof .given as required by law, and upon the
final hearing hereof, that the said Will and Codicil be admitted to
probate and Letters Testamentary be issued thereunto the Bank of
Oklahoma, Tulsa, Oklahoma. And your petitioner will ever pray, etc.
