ORDER ADMIT'!`ING PIILL TO PROBATE -
This matter coming on for hearing this ~ day of ,-$'r p-~-~~,~ ~ ,
1979, upon the petition of Cecilia Ellen Jefferys Almond to have admit-
ted to orobate the instruments filed herein on the~~_ day of Sep-
tember, 1979, purporting to be the-last will and testament and codicil -
thereto of Richard Almond, deceased; and the petitioner appearing i?1
person and by her attorney, Thomas A. Landrith, Jr., and after tte in-
troduction of evidence the Court finds that Richard Almond departed
this life on the 6th day of September, 1979, a resident of Tulsa County,
Oklahoma; and further finds that notice of this hearing was given
mailing copies of the notice of this hearing to all heirs, legatees and
devisees at their last known place of residence and by publication of
notice of this hearing in the Tulsa Daily Legal News, published at
Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, ten days prior to this date, the said
publication. being on the day of September, 1979. The Cour`
further finds that the instruments nro~ounded herein for probate were
duly executed by Richard Almond, deceased, and that at tt~e time of the
execution thereof said testator was of full age, of soured mind and
memory and was not acting under duress, fraud, menace, or unduE influ-
ence, and that said will and codicil thereto were executed in all par-
ticular~ as required by law.
It is therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the Court tha±
said instruments be admitted to probate as and for the last .will and
testament and codicil thereto of Richard Almond, deceased, and trat
said instruments be and hereby are established as a valid :gill and
