PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the f0~ day of ~ ,

as personal representative of the Estate of WILLIAM K. JOHNSTON,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and ELIZABETH M. JOHNSTON,
2430 - 47th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960,
Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Will of decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
goad and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 34, 35,36 and 37, Block B, L. W.
HALBE LAND, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 9, page 18, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

TOGET~IER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO MOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, -her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever_
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns, that

laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
