GUIDO MESITO, Husband
FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This matter having come on for trial on the 12th day of
March, 1980 upon the pleadings filed herein, and testimony being
taken, evidence received and argument of counsel being heard, the
court finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties, and that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I. The bonds of marriage between the Husband, GUIDO MESITO,
and the Wife, ANTIONETTE MESITO, are dissolved because the marriage
is irretrievably broken.
2. Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the Husband,
GUIDO MESITO, is ordered to convey to the Wife, ANTIONETTE MESITO,
the property described as follows:
Lots 1 to S, inclusive, and Lots 10 to 18, inclu-
sive, in Block 8 of ~~1HITE CITY, according to the
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, Page 21,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, all
being in Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40
East.
and the Wife, ANTIONETTE L~IESITO, is ordered to convey to the Hus-
band, GUIDO MESITO, the following described property:
Beginning at the NE corner of the North 375 feet
of the S'~ of the NE4 of the SE; of Section S,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, run iVest 25
feet to point of beginning; from said point of
beginning continue West 368.4 feet to a point;
' thence turn and run South 204 feet to a point;
thence turn and run East 368.4 feet to a point;
thence turn and run North 204 feet to point of
beginning.
